Ingredients
Jerk Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Brown or Coconut Sugar
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Dried Chili Powder
Jerk Chicken
- 1 Cup Red Onion
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Mango
- Cilantro
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 3 Tbsp Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch or Tapioca Starch
- 1/4 Cup Cold Water
Directions
- within the bowl of your crockpot add deformity and season with salt and pepper to style. Sprinkle with two tsp of Jamaican jerk seasoning everywhere chicken. Pour three Tbsp of broth over the chicken, then add red onions, red bell peppers, mango chunks, and torn cilantro sprigs directly on prime. Set slow cooking utensil on low setting for five hours.
- mix starch and cold water during a little bowl to create a suspension. Pour suspension into the slow cooking utensil and canopy for a further half-hour on high setting till sauce thickens. Serve heat with rice and steamed vegetables.
