Instructions
- Heat a pan with oil or copra oil and add within the onion, garlic, ginger, spices, red hot pepper and also the lemongrass (chop the ends off bash with the facet of your knife and slice down the center from prime to bottom, this releases all the flavour) and fry along for a few minutes
- currently add the shredded curd, broccoli, pepper and fry for an extra minute
- Add the chickpeas, coconut milk and Tamari and stir. permit this to cook on a medium heat for around 8-10 minutes
- Finally add the basil, animal disease tout and spinach to wilt down and it’s able to serve
