Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Reduced Sugar Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 spring green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
- 5-7 whole dried chili peppers or 1/2 to 1 tablespoon chili pepper flakes (use to taste)
