Strawberry Milkshake Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil

2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

• heat kitchen appliance to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

• mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a very bowl and blend with an electrical mixer till combined. Fold in chocolate chips by hand.

• Drop spherical (about one tablespoon) balls onto baking sheet.

• Bake for ten minutes precisely. (Any longer and that they can begin browning-- not as pretty!)

• Cool some minutes on the pan so transfer to a wire rack to end cooling.
