Ayam Panggang Szechuan

Bahan:

2 sdt bawang putih bubuk
½ sdt jahe bubuk
2 sdm saus sambal
50 ml kecap asin
2 sdm gula merah
1 sdm chinese 5 spice
1 sdm chili flakes
1 sdm cuka beras
1 buah ayam kampung
3 sdm Sambal Chiu Chow -

Ayam Panggang Szechuan

Cara pembuatan:

1. Campurkan semua bahan bumbu dalam satu mangkuk. Aduk merata.
2. Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu sechuan, diamkan selama 15 menit.
3. Tusuk ayam dengan pemanggang oven, lalu panggang selama 30 menit dengan suhu 200 derajat.
4. Olesi dengan sambal Chiu Chow. Panggang kembali selama 15 menit.
5. Sajikan.
6. Selamat Mencoba dan Selamat Menikmati
