Cilok (Pentol Kanji)

Bahan:

200 gr tepung kanji
150 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt garam
2 sdt penyedap rasa
2 sdt bawang putih bubuk
200 ml air

Cilok (Pentol Kanji)

Cara pembuatan:

1. Campurkan tepung kanji, tepung terigu, garam, penyedap, bawang putih bubuk dan daun bawang lalu aduk hingga rata.
2. Tambahkan air ke dalam campuran tepung lalu aduk rata hingga kalis.
3. Ambil adonan lalu isi dengan tahu, bulatkan kembali hingga adonan habis.
4. Rebus adonan pentol dengan air mendidih hingga mengambang dan matang lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
5. Sajikan pentol dengan kanji dengan menambahkan cabai ulek, saus tomat dan kecap.
6. Selamat Mencoba dan Silahkan Menikmati
