Bakwan

Bahan-bahan

    1/4 tepung terigu protein rendah
    1 wortel
    1/2 kol
    Secukupnya daun bawang
    1 sachet royco sapi
    Sedikit garam
    Secukupnya air matang dingin

Cara Pembuatan

    Cuci bersih semua sayur. Lalu iris korek wortel, dan iris tipis kol dan daun bawang.

    Campurkan sayuran yg sudah diiris ke dalam tepung terigu yg sudah disediakan. Lalu beri air dingin secukupnya. Jangan terlalu encer atau kental.

    Beri garam dan royco lalu aduk2 hingga merata. Goreng sampai terendam minyak. Tunggu dan bolak balik hingga kecoklatan. Sajikan dengan penuh ❣cocol dengan sambal asem makin gamau berhenti makannya 😂🤤
