Video Cara Membuat Sate Maranggi

Sate Maranggi

Bahan-bahan

    300 gr daging sapi
    1 bh jeruk nipis
    1/2 sdt garam
    1 sdt kaldu jamur
    Bawang goreng (optional)
    Bumbu ungkap :
    Secukupnya bawang putih

    Secukupnya lengkuas halus
    Secukupnya garam & air

    Bumbu halus :

    10 bh bawang merah
    2 bh bawang putih
    1 ruas jahe
    1 ruas lengkuas
    1 sdt ketumbar
    1 sdm gula merah
    Sambal kecap :
    5 sdm kecap manis
    1 bh tomat (potong kecil2)
    5 bh cabe rawit (potong kecil2)
    1 sdm air jeruk nipis
    3 bh bawang merah (iris)

Cara Pembuatan

Ungkap daging dg bumbu ungkap. Beri air sampai daging terendam.. Tutup. Masak hingga air menyusut & daging empuk

Stelah di ungkap.. Masukkan dlm mangkok.. Tambahkan bumbu halus, 1/2 sdt garam, 1sdt kaldu jamur, 1/2 bh air jeruk nipis & secukupnya kecap. Aduk hingga rata.. Marinasi, diamkam selama 30 menit

Stelah 30 menit.. Tusuk daging dg tusuk sate, lalu bakar di atas teflon. Tambahkan kecap manis biar semakin mantap. Masak sate hingga matang.

Sambal kecap : campur smua bahan sambal kecap. Aduk hingga tercampur rata

Stelah sate matang, tata di piring, siramkan sambal kecap ke sate, beri taburan bawang goreng di atas na.. Sate siap utk dinikmati.
