Ingredients
- 170 g pre shredded/grated cheese mozzarella
- 85 g almond meal/flour *see recipe notes below
- 2 tbsp cream cheese full fat
- 1 tbsp garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp parsley fresh or dried
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt to taste
- 1 egg medium
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients excluding the egg, in an exceedingly microwaveable bowl. Stir gently to combine along. Microwave on HIGH for one minute.
- Stir then microwave on HIGH for an additional thirty seconds.
- Add the egg then combine gently to form a crummy dough.
- Place on a baking receptacle and kind into a bread form. Cut slices into the low-carb bread.
- Optional: combine a pair of tbsp liquified butter, one tsp parsley and one tsp garlic. Brush over the highest of the low-carb bread, sprinkle with additional cheese.
- Bake at 220C/425F for quarter-hour, or till golden brown.
