Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into small strips
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 7 slices provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- during a hot forged iron frying pan, soften one tablespoon of butter and add peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Saute till the onions and peppers ar clear then take away veggies from the frying pan and put aside.
- soften the remaining two tablespoons of butter within the forged iron frying pan then add chicken, Italian seasoning, and salt/pepper.
- enable to sear on both sides, then cowl and cook on medium-low till the chicken is parched all the means through. i exploit a thermometer to check doneness.
- Once the chicken is completed, add the pepper, onion, and garlic back to the frying pan. Cook on low for two minutes.
- Place provolone cheese slices on prime of the chicken and green goods mixture to hide, then place the frying pan within the kitchen appliance on broil for 1-3 minutes till the cheese is molten completely.
- Serve
